I like to use  iregistrations.com myself.  $5.95 per domain.  Just make sure
you pay attention and read the fine print.  When you purchase your domain
you're automatically signed up for a couple of renewing services at
$19.95/mo (first month is free).  Once you purchase your domain simply log
in and "Cancel" both of the services.  It's a simple URL click.  Other than
that... it's a good cheap service.  Unfortunately at this time they only
support NEW domain signups.  They don't have any way of handling domain
transfer from another registrar.

domainmonger.com is another good place.  But they're $17.00/year  I like
their interface though.  You can manage multiple domains from a single
account.  I have a few domains with them as well.
