 From my own statistics, < 5%, most of which are on IE 5.

You shouldn't worry too much about new browsers. They might be a 
few pixels off on the left or the right, but once you validate to 
the standards and have it looking decent in IE and Gecko you are 
pretty much covered there.

I believe that if new browsers can't match that level of standard 
compliance end users simply will not adopt them. That is also the 
reason why making sure your website is standards compliant is 
sometimes refered to as 'forward compatibility'.
