I'm using Bugzilla now which is ok. I decided to give something new a chance after years of using GNU GNATS (http://www.gnu.org/software/gnats/gnats.html). I will mostly likely switch back to GNATS when I get time as I think it is far better than Bugzilla. I especially like the Tcl/Tk front end provided by the TkGnats project (http://www.cuug.ab.ca:8001/~macdonal/tkgnats.html).
