1. get cfmx (this is fixed in cfmx) 2. there is some cfscript function that is supps to work, although I have yet to get it right. 3. have the cookie get set on a page that has a link that says "Click here to proceed" so that they don't get cflocated they just have to click a link to go to the next page you wanted to originally clocate them to :)
