Should be:

CFINCLUDE TEMPLATE not CFINCLUDE URL

Can't you do this?  I tried to include a rich text file (.rtf) into a
document, where I wanted the content, but the rtf file wasn't rendered,
it was just dumped into the file markup and all?

Is this correct? did I do something wrong? Is there a work around?
