I will also vouch for CFDynamics. I have used their services for a few years and I have had a great experience.
Any work that I have done that was not hosted at CFDynamics I have had problems with. With my current work that is NOT hosted at CFDynamics (I had no decision on who we chose as our host) we had a problem on a dedicated server that set us back a couple days and our current host (I won't mention their name) was not able to help us with the problem. Their overall reply after attempting to help us fix it was "Call Macromedia and open a trouble ticket." Because of this problem we were down and being scheduled to go live the next day we didn't have time to go that route. I called the guys at CFDynamics and they were able to walk me through fixing the problem over the phone. In minutes we were back up and ready to go. Their knowledge alone is reason to use them as your host.
