On the Allaire site, they have a performance tuning article that mentions
the following registry settings under
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\TCPIP\Parameters:

MaxUserPort - 0xfffe
TcpWindowSize - 65535
MaxFreeTcbs - 72000
MaxHashTableSize - 65536
TcpTimedWaitDelay - 60

Has anyone made these changes? I assume that the last four are entered as
Decimal values.

I made the changes, and seemed to experience system slowdowns and CF
timeouts after the changes. I removed the entries to see if things return to
normal, but I jsut wondered if anyone else has tweaked these numbers.

My server has 256 mb RAM, NT 4 Server.

Thanks!

John
