Are you asking if CF can read Blobs (binary objects. aka - graphics) from Access? I have done this before with a cfx tag (cfx_getImage & cfx_putImage) - look on the dev exchange for these tags. Now, I've only used this on SQL Server, not Access. Could be a start for you though.
