I've also noticed that there is download to update the reference files in Dreamweaver MX (http://download.macromedia.com/pub/coldfusion/tag_updates/DreamweaverMXTags.mxp), but this doesn't seem to affect the "using Coldfusion" reference that pops up by hitting ctrl + F1 in.
