Customers that purchased ColdFusion MX Enterprise on a per-server basis can upgrade to
ColdFusion MX Enterprise 6.1 under the same terms. However, future upgrades and
subscription renewals for ColdFusion MX Enterprise will be sold on a per-CPU basis.

Now, the CFMX license didn't specify a CPU restriction. The upgrade to 6.1 is free,
but does the cpu restriction apply to the upgrade? Curious...hrmmm.
