I am sure you have this in the IIS Configuration for the Default Website for Application Mappings:

I see this code on every coldfusion page. If I run the coldfusion administrator (http://127.0.0.1/cfide/administrator/index.cfm), I see a blank page and this code when I view the source. I see this code for each and every coldfusion file I try to run on the browser. So I don't know what's happenning.
