macromedia.com went from CFMX 6.0 Server in development to CFMX 6.0 J2EE in development and then went live (with CFMX 6.0 J2EE Updater 3) and has since upgraded to CFMX 6.1 J2EE. We also upgraded our Intranet from CF 5.0 to CFMX 6.1 J2EE. Both have gone pretty well (especially considering the scale of the code base involved).
