What JRE are you running under? We've got CF5 and CFMX clients interfacing with us via HTTPS @ 128bit (using CFHTTP). CFMX folks had to upgrade their JRE in order to get it working...(think most have gone with 1.4.1 or higher)

It looks like you're running a pre-6.1 install, and there were more than a couple issues with CFHTTP and HTTPS.
