Yes, BlueDragon 3.0.2 is supported on Red Hat 9 (though I'm not sure if the web site has been updated to reflect this). Of course, when it's released BlueDragon 3.1 will also run on Red Hat 9.
BlueDragon 3.1 will support Apache 2.0, as well as the older Apache 1.3.x releases.
