Figured it out.
We started using a Caching server this week, so the CF Server was seeing
requests coming from that IP, and not the internal IP of my machine.
(Have a NAT'd IP address)..
I can't add the Caching Server as the IP to provide Debug info to(Don't want
that available to all our users..) though, so the solution is for
development, to disable the caching server settings in IE to test internal
server pages etc.
