By CFMX for J2EE server, (which we are not currently using, but may upgrade
to), that would some other J2EE server than JRUN, or does JRUN also count?

Yes, if you're also using CFMX for J2EE with a J2EE application server.

I don't think there are any ramifications - you pay per-processor costs with
CFMX for J2EE.
