You might want to take a look at the following packages.

1) Lotus Screen Cam. This package allows you to create a full demo and display it as 
an application.

2) RoboDemo. This package, designed for demos, allows you to develop slides and 
voiceovers using a timeline. Costing about 1K, this package will allow you to demo 
your product over the web.

In response to Doug, you can already take powerpoint sldes, record the voice in 
windows media format and publish the content over the web. That technology is called 
Powerpoint Broadcasting. In my experiance, unless you're using the public access 
channel quality templates, powerpoint broadcasting does require significant knowledge 
of the exposed Windows Media Player SDK.... that it varries from version to version. 
Also, Microsoft's conferanceing system, LiveConference (I think) is the old Placeware 
-- much different than FlashCOmm Server.
