What type of features are you looking for? I work for a small business magazine and my boss had me develop a custom tool for our sales team(unfortunately, he forced a horrible color scheme and chewed a lot of screen space with his interface idea). If you are interested in taking a peek let me know as it has a ton of stuff built in but would most likely need quite a bit of adaptation to your needs as it is built specifically for the way my company works.
