Thanks to all who responded. Jeff Howden's and Jon Hall's interfaces are excellent. I may use them. I'll work on the fine tuning the interface later. What I'm primarily interested in is the SQL reorganizing.
I supposed that a "scheduled reindexing" is what I'm looking for. I'm looking that up now (I've never done that). The db I'll be using for this will either be access or MySQL.
