Conversions Plus will do many, many formats (including Works 2,3,4 and Mac) and it's only $70. It's saved my butt often.
http://www.dataviz.com/products/conversionsplus/ I'm not sure how well it'll work on your file (it does convert - but sometimes things are lost in the transalation) since I've never used Works. It's well worth the money.
