thanks.  i just seemed that a sessiontimeoutthat i had set to
be like this...

<cfapplication name="tonyTest" sessionmanagement="Yes"
sessiontimeout="#createTimeSpan(1,0,0,0)#">

disappeared after midnight, and was there 20 minutes ago (which was the
previous day)

That will be 24 hours after the last page hit, just as setting it to 15
minutes times out after 15 minutes of inactivity.
