How does this tool operate? Does it require both servers to be running
side-by-side, or can it be used to make a 'backup' data set that can later be
restored to the same or another server? I've got an old NT4 server with about
30 sites on it that I'd like to transfer to Win2k/IIS5 on the same server once
I've rebuilt it with Win2k.
