Download ISAPI Rewrite (www.isapirewrite.com), then use the following rules in httpd.ini:

[ISAPI_Rewrite]
RepeatLimit 20

# Defend your computer from some worm attacks
RewriteRule (/dyn/.*?)(\?[^/]*)?/([^/]*)/([^/]*)(.+?)? $1(?2$2&:\?)$3=$4?5$5: [N,I]
RewriteRule /dyn(.+?)/?(\?.*)? $1.cfm$2 [I]

.. You can change the 'dyn' to whatever you want, but that would enable URL's like:

http://www.abc.com/dyn/info/articleid/34

If you don't include the dyn, all URLs will be picked up by the filter, which wont work right.

Have fun!
