I have since noticed that this only occurs when it is integrated onto the top of
a webpage with a ton of of other existing CF/Javascript on it. If I copy the
clock code to a blank file, and give it a CF extension it runs fine at about 8%
CPU usage.
I haven't substantially modified the code except for formatting, so I need to
figure out now what the clock isn't getting along with.
