I'm building a system right now that will integrate with UPS and their XML shiping tool using a tag from www.adminprotools.com.
This tag looks pretty slick (even produces valid UPS shipping labels). I'm using solely for shipping, but it will handle all the tracking stuff as well....and for the price....well let's just say you can't beat it ;-)

I work for DHL in the tracing department here in BC and figured it'd be
