Sorry I missed this post originally, and the fix you requested wasn't covered in the rest of the thread.
You need to put the BofA site itself into your referer list. In other words, the destination domain you are posting to.
I implemented this myself and, later, BofA actually recommended this to me independently themselves after scratching their heads on the problem for awhile.
