GridMonger -- especially if you give it a facelift with your own graphics and some style sheet help -- might fit this bill, although its not Flash.  I use it as a cfgrid replacement.

Coming out with another revision soon that lets users bypass cfqueryparam.  I hate to do it, especially after just adding support for all the cfsqltype datatypes, but its the only way to let Access users easily work with date fields so far as I can see.
