I think that to check the gateway is accessable try browsing to
<http://domain/flashservices/gateway> http://domain/flashservices/gateway
and you should get a blank page, well that's what I seem to get.

Why not write a very very simple remoting test page? That way you'll know
for sure.

Subject: How to tell if remoting is properly enabled

Is there a way to tell if flash remoting is properly enabled? (other than
running a known-good remoting app that is)

We've moved our site to a CFMX6.1Enterprise server but a known good flash
remoting app doesn't work.

Of course the question is:  Is it failing because the uploading has gone
haywire somewhere, or is flash remoting not properly installed on the
server?

I know flash remoting is installed by default, but is it always enabled? I
seem to recall when I installed my CFMX on my dev server there was an option
somewhere to install remoting or not.  But I'm a bit hazy on that.

Any ideas?
