Can anyone enlighten me as to what would be causing this error.  

Error occurred in tag CFINDEX

Error # -2 [fffe] VdkCollectionSubmit

The error occurred while processing an element with a general identifier of
(CFINDEX), occupying document position (119:3) to (125:49)

Can it be because I upgraded to Access 2000 from 97?
