If the metabase is actually fixed, you should be able to associate the
certificate through the IIS MMC.
If that doesn't work for some reason, there is a metabase editor included
with the Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit. It's difficult to use unless
you're very familiar with the metabase structure, though. You might poke
around on www.iisfaq.com, too.
