CFADMIN DOES NOT ALWAYS WORK. I had to actually delete the webservice and
add it back in before it would work.
I just wanted to pass that along in case it might save anyone out there
some frustration. If you webservice is acting wierd - and refreshing does
not help - delete it and add it back in the cfadmin before you pull your
hair out.
