Yes, I have seen this intermittently after server restarts and have
heard from at least three others who have experienced the same thing.
Admittedly, I have not dug into this one yet and don't know the specific
requirements to duplicate the event on command. If you nail anything
down, please share. Perhaps we can come up with a fix/workaround.
