I was wanting to find a good conversion tool for this, and later, I could
see the need to convert a couple of other formats to and from
Access/MySQL/MS SQL.

This is probably overkill but I've used DBDesigner from FabForce.net to
re-engineer the database and then spit out the DDL in MySQL syntax. You
may
just want to upsize if using Access but this can come in handy when going
from SQL Server to MySQL.
