We're running the tag under 6.1 internally, and haven't seen the problem you're describing. What version of CF did you upgrade from? Have you tried de-registering the tag? I would probably deregister, restart CFMX to ensure it was cleared from memory, then re-register it.
If you send an image that does cause problems (I know you said that some images work some of the time but not others, but I'd like to try a problem image anyway) and the code that you are calling the tag with to [EMAIL PROTECTED] we'll run some tests and see if we can reproduce it.
And by the way, if anyone ever has any problems with any of our tags (pwImageProc, pwCardCrypt, pwTextCrypt, CamtechConnect) please email our support address [EMAIL PROTECTED] or submit the support form at http://developer.perthweb.com.au so we can take a look straight away - I don't always read through CFTalk every day and I might have missed this.
