It scales beautifully and is very configurable. Lets you use regex to
perform really precise dynamic page tracking, etc.

This is one of the problems I'm having. Although my main goal is to
provide stats reporting to all my hosting clients, one in particular
receives nearly 9 million page views per month.
I just tried the Funnel Web Analyzer http://www.funnelwebcentral.com and
it crunched 20 log files with 9,255,500 hits in about 10 minutes.

I came across www.funnelwebcentral.com from a very similar thread on
here literally just last week.
Its free and handles query_strings.
Its a bit quirky in places, but it outputs great reports
