soEditor as cfmodule

I would like to call the soEditor as a cfmodule instead of a custom tag.  The editing window is displaying twice.  I presume that it's because there is another cfmodule call on the page that happens to have a closing </cfmodule> tag. The structure looks like this:

<cfmodule template ="......">

  <cfmodule template=".../soEditor.cfm">

</cfmodule>

How can I keep the inner cfmodule from getting confused with the outer call?
