If by "my PC" you mean your desktop, and by "the server" you mean your CF
server, then no, it can't be done. The CFFTP tag allows you to use CF as an
FTP client. If you want to put files on another machine via FTP, whether
you're doing this through CF or any other FTP client, that other machine
will need to be running an FTP server. Most desktop machines aren't running
FTP servers.
