QForms JS error

I've implemented qForms and it works fine when I try to submit a form with or without errors.  However, if I decide to leave the page without submitting the form, I get a js error that reads

error
'o._unloadfn.length' is null or not an object.  

again it only happens when i try to leave a form page by selecting another link.
