I'll admit wrong when I am and in this case I was. The link in the book to the
spec was a redirect through userland and the Harvard site is the host of the
spec. As they say specifically that the author has to contain an email address
and they are the authority site, then the book is misleading and I have to use
Dublin Core to include a message author without their email address.
