Unfortunately, I don't think there's an easy answer for this question.
Some patches replace the cfserver.exe file, and I suspect you might see
those represented by later version numbers in CF Administrator, but
beyond that, I suspect you'll have to examine DLLs, etc, and compare
them to an untouched CF 5 server.
