Yes it is (and is a standard of HTML but rarely used) but I left my research

  Not in Cold Fusion, no.  Possibly in _javascript_, and probably only in IE
  at that point.

  I'd recommend against it.  Users hate it when their keyboards don't work
  as expected from one page to another.
