I've only seem to get this on my portable, when running Firworks, Access,
CFStudio, PWS, and the personal CF Server under Win98.
It has 128MB of RAM 650PIII machine. So I suppose it could do with another
64MB to feel happier. Your development machine should normally have at least
192MB and preferably 256MB of RAM.
