Without you providing the exact errors I can only guess, but a common
problem occurs when the necessary script file /CFIDE/scripts/cfform.js isn't
accessible. Make sure that URL resolves properly, or use the SCRIPTSRC
attribute of CFFORM to get the cfform.js file from somewhere else.
