Umm...  What about identity?  Works nicely, and generates
autonumbers.  Just set the seed & increment values to 1 (the default)
and the type to int.  It works just like Access.  The SQL Upsize
Wizard doesn't automatically set them up for you, but you can add
them in manually after the upsize.
