That's kind of like saying "Anyone know of a good brand of coffee?"

What do you need the application to do?  How many people are you sending
the newsletter to?  Do you need workflow or other content management
features?

I wrote a script last night in about 2 hours that allows my client to
compose, save, and edit email newsletters.  They can select who the
newsletter gets emailed to by individual or groups or send it to
everyone.  It's pretty simple, but it's all they needed.
