I'm trying to get my hands around MS SQL.

I have 3 Access databases with the exact same structure, one however has a few extra tables.  when I have to change a field in the table currently have to change the feild in each database.  I'm thinking that MS SQL can help me out.

I would like to have a Parent database where I keep the meta data definitions and when I make the change to a field name, the field name in each of the other databases will also update.

I have big MS SQL book but it does talk about setting this up. Can some refer me to a resource on this.
