Hi Mike..
I think you need to do a bit of research on an Application.cfm file.
Within this file you probably need to set up a little authentication script
to check if the user has been validated by the system, and if not display
the login page again.
Basically, the Application.cfm page runs every time a page within you're
application's directory is accessed.
That link I sent this morning in my Heads Up email, has some good starter
information on implementing security with the Application.cfm file
