verity search

I'm trying to update the collection but am not having any luck.  I've tried
to purge and refresh... even deleted and recreate.  There are some records
that are in the table that don't return in the search.  The table has got
less than 500 records so I don't think that is an issue.  Disk space isn't
an issue either.  Any ideas?
