I just moved an application from a dev server to a staging server on a host.
The dev environment is running MySQL for Windows... And the host runs a
dedicated MySQL box on Linux.  I have realized something baaaad.

MySQL for Linux is case sensitive for table names.  Not sure about field
names since my export/import actually worked correctly on that portion, but
now I'm looking at quite a few queries that need to be rewritten.  Anyone
know a workaround for this?

Thanks!
Hatton
