Maybe I wasn't clear when I wrote it either!
The contents from the form, plus all the calculations and everything
else are processing properly and being emailed properly using the
"cfsavecontent" tag.
I missed the VERY obvious by not just putting
<cfoutput>#mysavedcontents#</cfoutput> on the page to display it in the
browser!
